Shipment and Shipping Charges
VISO provides shipping across the globe. We partner with leading global logistics to offer the best shipping experience at the lowest prices for packages in all shapes and sizes. We ensure our custom lighting designs and lighting products arrive on-time!
We offer our customers various freight options to suit their needs.
- Ex-Works– Pick up at our warehouse in Toronto or Portugal
- Free On Board – Drop off at the carrier’s warehouse of your choice
- Cost, Insurance, and Freight – Working with our partners, we arrange international freight on your behalf
- Delivery At Place – We deliver directly to your location of choice. The customer will only pay for duties and taxes (only available for international shipments).
- Delivery and Duties Paid – We arrange for all delivery and duties with regards to the shipment (Only available for the US)
The shipping cost will be calculated when the order is quoted according to the freight size, cost of the goods, final destination and delivery method.
US and Canada Shipping
VISO ships to all 50 states and the District of Columbia (excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses). Shipping to US Territories is categorized as International Shipping).
International Shipping Information
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Commercial documents for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
We will provide special documentation such as Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of Origin from the Chamber of Commerce, or any other official document to proceed with the import, if requested.
Free Shipping to Europe
VISO offers free shipping to the following European countries for orders of €800 or greater.
- Portugal, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, France, Monaco, Belgium, Nederlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland*, Slovenia, Denmark, Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungry, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Corsica, Island*
VISO offers free shipping to the following European countries for orders over €950:
- Finland*, Romania, Norway*, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Greece & Crete (excluding Islands)

VISO offers different packaging options to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
- Boxes: for smaller items delivered via the shipping method of your choice.
- Skids: for all orders via freight (with a chargeable weight over 150 pounds)
- Crates: for custom orders and special requests (extra cost)
