He now holds 25+ years of professional experience in the design industry as the CEO and Chief Designer of VISO Inc.

Having won numerous design awards at the tender age of 22, Filipe has been the driving force behind a robust decorative lighting and furniture design & fabrication company in Toronto and Portugal. Most recently, he has driven large demand in the Middle East and opened a design operation in Miami aimed to showcase the company’s established custom lighting as well as its art design of interior elements using materials such as glass, acrylic and onyx. Known as a leader in the design & architecture industry, Filipe is responsible for developing VISO’s key metallization process exclusive to VISO for its decorative design collections.

The cherry on top is that Filipe is a good hearted and kind soul, who will help without expecting anything in return.

For the last 15 years, her goal has been to lead the company to places never imagined. She is a Creative Marketer and Designer at heart and applies her creative free-spirit to every area of the company - landing a breath of fresh air to when the team is under pressure to deliver to our esteemed customers.

She leads design development for all new projects that require a feature installation for a high-end, 5-star hotel, commercial property, and restaurants. Most recently, she has designed her own collection of decorative lighting that has been in high demand already even before its official launch.

Tzetzy is also a well-known women leader and pioneer in the design & architecture industry, where she mentors young and upcoming women designers.
